Festival Vibes
Think of our wedding less like a formal event and more like a boutique music festival. We’ve envisioned a weekend defined by great music, cooling off in the lakes, and effortless hangs in the woods. While the wedding is the heart of the weekend, the “vibe” is all about community, nature, and the joy of being together.
Yes, the ceremony will be normal…
While the setting is music festival, the sentiment remains the same. We will be hosting a traditional wedding ceremony followed by a full reception right here at the campground. You can look forward to all the classic wedding moments. Whether you can only join us for the ceremony and reception or plan to stay for the entire weekend, we are just happy to have you there.
Adults Only
To allow all for a weekend of relaxation and fun, we have chosen for our wedding weekend to be an adults-only event. We love your little ones, but we want this to be a time where everyone can let loose, enjoy the music, and embrace the festival atmosphere. We appreciate your understanding!
Fun All Day
Outside of the scheduled wedding events, the weekend is yours to enjoy. We’ll have music playing throughout the day, plenty of sunshine to soak up, and two lakes perfect for a mid-day swim. Whether you want to explore the woods or just lounge by the water with friends, the “down-time” is designed to be just as memorable as the ceremony itself.
BYOB
We will be providing alcohol during the reception, along with hearty meals throughout the weekend. For the hours outside of the formal ceremony, we kindly ask that you bring snacks and beverages to enjoy. There are gas stations and stores nearby, making it easy to make a quick “town run” and head right back to the fun if we start to run low.
Be Ready for Bass
As the sun sets and the formal festivities conclude, the energy will shift. We’ll be transitioning into a deep, bass-heavy DJ set to keep the party moving. If you’re a fan of electronic music and heavy low-ends, you’re in for a treat!
No Quiet Hours
For those choosing to stay the night or celebrate late into the evening, please note that we do not have a “quiet hour” at the venue. We plan to lean into the festival and keep the music and celebration going well into the night. We invite you to stay and enjoy the energy, but we recommend those who prefer a silent night’s sleep plan their accommodations or campsite placement accordingly.
The Wedding will Be broken up into 3 segments
You’re invited for all of it but we hope to help you plan accordingly!
Wedding
A brief but tender outdoor ceremony. Probably as traditional as it will get for the weekend.
Reception
Food, drinks and families collide. The reception will be on-site in a covered pavilion.
Music
An homage to our festival days, we’ll be bringing the bass starting in the late evening
The Dream
We’ve planned this wedding weekend to specifically highlight all the things that brought us together and keep the love in our life. Family, being outdoors and live music has been the anchors of our relationship and we wanted to create an event that honored all of that. We hope you’ll bring your summer camp, festival or generally unique energy to help us make it an incredible time!
